COVID-19: complete the online form for vaccination

COVID-19 vaccination: save time by completing the online form for an appointment callback.

On Wednesday 20 January, the Prince’s Government launched a new online service for people to register their wish to receive the COVID-19 vaccination.

The idea is to make appointment booking easier by using an electronic form to get in touch with the secretarial office at the National Vaccination Centre. Users will then be contacted by telephone to arrange an appointment.

This space also provides users with full details of the format of the appointment, the documents they will need to show and information about the vaccines.

A quick, efficient option for all residents of the Principality, also available in English so that it is more widely accessible to international readers.

Those who would prefer to make contact by telephone can still do so by calling the COVID-19 Call Centre on 92.05.55.00. The Centre is open seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
