Monaco Safe Pass: available from Friday 2 July
The Prince’s Government previously announced that a health pass would be introduced from 5 July. Thanks to the efforts of Government departments, it will now be possible to deliver the health passport from Friday 2 July.
Pierre Dartout, the Minister of State, welcomed this development: “Monaco is ready, just like the major European nations. From Friday, those who have been vaccinated or who test negative will receive a health pass QR code, enabling them to travel and get into major events.”
From 2 July, those who get vaccinated or tested will automatically receive their health pass after being given their final vaccine dose or when their test result is issued.
Those who have already been vaccinated or who recovered from COVID prior to 2 July (positive PCR or antigen test more than 15 days but less than 6 months ago) can request their health pass by completing the online form on the following website: www.covid19.mc.
As a reminder, individuals may choose:
- the Monaco Safe Pass, valid in Monaco and France;
or
- the European Health Pass, which is issued in the same way as the Monaco Safe Pass. This is valid in Monaco, in all European Union (EU) member states, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland, as well as in any states which reach recognition agreements with the EU.
Vaccination and testing are now being carried out at the Rainier III Auditorium.
